- Herbal actions: anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antibacterial, antiviral, mild bitter, aromatic, mild diuretic, hepatoprotective
- Ear-nose-throat herb!
- Drying and draining herb (Katja Swift) – which can help with seasonal allergies and conditions with a lot of damp mucus.
- Moves the lymph
- Helps with headaches due to phlegm stagnation (i.e. allergic sinusitis with constant dripping)
- Helps with some forms of tinnutitis
- Spring tonic
- Urinary remedy as well
How some folks take it:
Will depend on what is being treated(Acute or chronic condition, prevention or treatment) – you will want to look up per condition.
Take 30 drops 1 to 3 x a day as a spring tonic.
Or 2 droppers, twice a day.
